1. Job Description 

- FP process : Woodwork, bonding, processing, finishing, packaging, etc. 

- CP process : CP assembly, HK assembly, TR assembly/finishing, inspection, etc.

2. Qualifications 

- Gender : Male 

- Age : 20 ~ 45 

- Education : Any 

- Foreigners and Korean expatriates possible (F2, F4, F5, F6, those who can communicate) 

- Must be able to work overtime and irregular hours 

- Company dormitory provided (In house: 3 to a room, out: 2 to a room) - Only utility bills will be deducted 

- Meals provided 

- Company parking available 

- 610% total bonus 

3. Work Location: 383 Yeonggeum-ri, Sangnam-myeon, Milyang-si, Gyeongnam (주) 한국카본 

4. Employment Type : Regular employee of (주) 주성기술산업 ((주) 한국카본 Affiliate) 

5. Work Days : 4 working days, 2 days off  

6. Work Hours (3 shifts, 2 teams) 

- Daytime: 8 AM ~ 7 PM (2 hours overtime) 

- Nighttime: 7 PM ~ 8 AM (3 hours overtime) 

7. Salary: Monthly average 4,000,000 ~ 4,500,000 KRW (Including overtime pay, irregular hours pay, and bonus) 

- Hourly wage: 9,860 KRW 

- Production Incentive Allowance (Monthly installment): 1st month not paid, 100% on 2nd month (167,548), 200% on 3rd month (335,097), 300% on 4th month (502,645), 400% on 5th month (670,193), 500% from 6th month onwards (837,742) 

- Fixed bonus: Summer vacation 30% (603,174), Lunar New Year and Chuseok Holidays both 40% (804,232)
